Lily x Puja (2000)
Sassy left us as a puppy, bore an identity as 'Sally' for a while, but
then her family needed to part with her two and a half years later. In
fact, we have been blessed. She bestows incredible sweetness and
gentleness, bed warming at night, guarding against any visiting DEER
[grin!], and along with Ivy serves as Playgirl in our pack and chief
coat nibbler in their romps {groan]! "But Mom, we're having FUN!" Her
coat is growing back (see Christmas pic with her shortened style), and
is now as luxuriant, thick and almost as long as mama Lily's. Ron and I
cannot imagine life without her!
