Collex Amanda 2.76V is an improvement on A1 Collex, Collex Deluxe and Collex Plus! and has more features with 120 game boards.† Other features† included are mouse control via the display with a larger screen(600x800)and new animated graphics(256 Colours).†
Collex Amanda 2.76V is a Windows Puzzle / Arcade game. If you enjoy games like Breakthru, Tetris and Kye you'll like Collex Amanda. The object of the game is to navigate the green collector ball, "Your box", through a block based game field to collect Number and Star boxes. (similar to Pac Man) The Number boxes however must be collected in numerical order. Play is more difficult than it sounds because when you move Your box all other boxes move with it. Strategy is involved in navigating Your box around obstruction boxes while avoiding constructed perils. Game play can be extended by collecting other named boxes.† Included is a designer to make new game boards.
It is best to start at the easiest level and proceed to the next level as each level increases in difficulty. There are four levels with eight games per level and high scores are kept for each level. Play is with the keyboard arrow keys. Sound card owners will appreciate the digital sound effects and Midi-based music.
